Every remodeling project we take on follows a consistent process. Here is what working with Recon Reconstruction looks like from first call through completion.
Consultation — We visit the space, understand your goals, discuss your budget range, and provide initial guidance on what is realistic for the scope you have in mind. No obligation at this stage.
Scope and estimate — We develop a detailed written scope of work and a written estimate. No vague line items, no allowances that balloon later. The estimate reflects the actual cost of the project as designed.
Material selection — We work through all material selections before the project begins. Tile, countertop, flooring, fixtures, hardware. Every item is specified and either ordered or scheduled for delivery before demolition starts.
Pre-construction review — We confirm all measurements, finalize the construction sequence, schedule all trades, and pull required permits. Nothing starts until every pre-construction item is complete.
Construction — We execute the project according to the agreed scope and schedule. Kyle McRae and Alex Price are personally involved throughout. If something changes — and something almost always does in remodeling — we communicate immediately and resolve it before it affects the schedule.
Final walkthrough — We walk the completed project with you. Every item on the punch list is addressed before the project is closed.
