Recon Reconstruction LLC provides residential and commercial reconstruction, restoration, and contracting services. Specific scope of work, pricing, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in a separate written agreement or proposal executed between the parties prior to commencement of any project.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:
- Use the site to transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our systems
- Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the site
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or index any part of the site without our written consent

4. Estimates and Proposals
All estimates and proposals provided by Recon Reconstruction LLC are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified in writing. Estimates are not guarantees of final cost. Actual costs may vary due to unforeseen site conditions, material price fluctuations, or changes in project scope requested by the Client.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in the project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit may be required before work commences. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees or referred to collections.
6. Changes in Scope
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing by both parties through a change order. Additional work performed without a written change order may still be billed to the Client at the Company’s standard rates. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by Client-requested changes.
7. Warranty
Recon Reconstruction LLC warrants that services will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from Client misuse, Acts of God, pre-existing conditions not disclosed at project inception, or third-party modifications to completed work. All manufacturer warranties on materials pass directly to the Client.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO OUR SERVICES OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PROJECT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recon Reconstruction LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of our services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, and logos, is the property of Recon Reconstruction LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Jefferson County, Alabama, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement as specified therein. The Company reserves the right to refuse service or terminate access to our website at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms. Termination does not relieve the Client of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
